  19. It does, and it does it really good. You can choose to dither down to 16 
  20. bits, or stay with 24 bits. Only problem is that if you stay with 24 bits 
  21. your computer might play back too slow... I managed to get a good 
  22. playback speed by limiting the picture to a size of 240x180 pixels.

  26. Since you have a 3000, go for a Cybervision. The Picasso is really good, 
  27. but the CV64 is much faster since it has a Zorro III bus... And I guess 
  28. the CV works in a 3000...
